Welcome to Florida Man Arrested ("the Game"), a free browser-based role-playing game operated at https://floridamanarrested.com. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to the following terms.

1. It's a Game

Florida Man Arrested is a fictional, satirical game. All characters, locations, headlines, and events are entirely made up. Nothing in this game constitutes real news, legal advice, or an endorsement of any activity depicted. Sunshine Shoals is not a real place (as far as we know).

2. No Illegal Activity

You may not use this site to plan, coordinate, or promote any real-world illegal activity. The "crimes" in this game are fictional game mechanics — not a how-to guide. If you can't tell the difference, please close your browser and go outside.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and anything that happens under it. Don't share your password. Don't impersonate other people. Don't create accounts to harass others or evade bans.

5. Acceptable Conduct

Don't be terrible. Specifically:

  • No harassment, threats, or hate speech directed at other players
  • No spamming, botting, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage
  • No posting of personal information about other players
  • No attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the service

We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

6. Use at Your Own Risk

This game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that the game will work perfectly at all times. Your progress, items, or account could be lost due to bugs, resets, or server issues. Play for fun, not as an investment.

7. Content

Some content is generated by AI and may be absurd, irreverent, or mildly offensive in a humorous way. That's the point. However, we do not intentionally generate content that is hateful, sexually explicit, or targeted at real individuals.

8. Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to run the game: your username, email (if provided), and gameplay data. We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party ads. Contact form messages auto-delete after 3 days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll try to be reasonable about it.
